Considering the influence of antecedent precipitation,accumulated precipitation,rainfall intensity and rainfall distribution on flash flood disaster,the computing method of dynamic critical precipitation based API hydrologic model and flash flood warning technique wrer used to establish the relationships between critical precipitation and influencing factor in three time-scales(1h,3hand 6h).The method was applied in Yingnahe basin and compared with other flash flood warning method.The results indicate that the proposed method based API hydrologic model has high warning accuracy and can be used for flash flood warning,which provides technical reference for other medium and small basin.
