Study on Anti-sulfate Erosion Properties of Concrete Poured with CPFL

Abstract:

With the method of wet-dry cycle test,the anti-sulfate erosion properties of different mix concrete pasted with different moulds are investigated.The loss of mass,relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and strength are used to evaluate the deterioration of concrete specimen comprehensively.The impacts of controlled permeability formwork liner(CPFL)on the anti-sulfate erosion properties of concrete are analyzed from the macro and micro aspects.The results indicate that under different concrete mix proportion,the pore distribution and performance of concrete can be improved with CPFL;under sulfate erosion in wet-dry cycle,the loss of weight,relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and strength decrease significantly while the anti-sulfate erosion properties of concrete are enhanced obviously.
