Numerical simulation method of overhead conductors with icing and ice-shedding is analyzed.Then the finite element model of overhead conductors with long-span cases is established.Finally,it is applied to simulate dynamic response of single conductor ice-shedding with 1 000 m long-span cases.The results show that it provides reference for numerical simulation of overhead conductors with icing and ice-shedding.
