Aiming at the difficulty of peak regulation in valley time in Shanghai brought by the power receiving proportion which increased year by year and the poor peak-regulation capacity of import power,a multi-objective dispatching model of peak regulation in valley time was established based on the weekly unit commitment.This model aimed at the lowest system operation cost and the lowest provincial power replacement in valley time,made start-stop and generation of units within a week.At the same time the actual constraints were considered,such as the balance of electric energy,minimum startup mode,times of units' start-stop.The model can reduce the force of provincial power replacement and improve the economy of power grid.According to the actual example in Shanghai Power Grid,the commercial optimization software Lingo was used to solve the model.The feasibility and practicability of the model and optimization method were verified.
