THE RESEARCH OF THE MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMAL MODEL OSF FOR FLOOD CONTROL SYSTEKM

Abstract:

A general multi—objective optimal model OSF for multi-reservoir, multi—period schedule of flood control system is formulated. OSF includes various kinds of constraints and multiple objectives. The solution of OSF is performed in two steps. Both of the weighted method for multi-objective solution and the LP method are achieved to gain approximately the global optimum solution of OSF. The above approach could be used to deal with the schedule of flood comtrol system not only for a short-term but also for a long-term. The preliminary application shows the methods proposed in the paper are feasible and efficient.
