In order to evaluate the negative influence of sea level rise on flood control and surface drainage in Shanghai continental plate,this paper establishes hydrodynamic model of river network and focuses on the study of the impact of sea level rise on the average maximum water level,local maximum water level and the important river flood control water level.The results show that with the rising of the sea level,the average highest water level of Wennan area,Pudong area,Punandong area,Punanxi area and Tainan area appear upward trend;when the sea level rises 10 cm and 16 cm,average maximum water level of Wennan area will rise nearly 5.9cm and 9.3cm;it has great impact about 4~10cm on the local maximum water level in the above five areas;the impact of high water level of Huangpujiang River is obvious;when the sea level rise 10 cm and16cm,the highest water level of surface drainage in Huangpujiang River will rise nearly 7.7cm and 12.3cm.
