Abstract:

Aiming at the deficiency of the traditional VIKOR method in weight determination, this paper proposes a VIKOR decision model based on weight search technology. The model calculates the objective weight by improving the subjective weight and the critic method of the cloud model, and uses it as the feasible domain boundary. The weight search technique is used to optimize the weight. The integrated weights that couple the subjective and objective weights are obtained and input into the VIKOR decision model for calculation. The decision-making calculation results of the dynamic water level control scheme of the Dalong Reservoir during the flood season indicate that the improved VIKOR decision model considers both the subjective experience of the expert and the objective data characteristics when determining the weight. The result is both comprehensive and scientific.By setting different decision-making mechanism coefficients, the ranking results of decision-makers under different psychology can be obtained. The problem of insufficient water storage at the end of Dalong Reservoir is solved, and the applicability and feasibility of the model are verified.
