The construction period of the pumped storage power station is characterized by high electricity load, long construction period, long power supply distances, and high reliability requirements of power supply. In order to evaluate the rationality of the power supply system plan, taking the Shitai Pumped Storage Power Station as an example, based on the AHP method and fuzzy mathematics theory, 8 primary evaluation factors and 2 secondary evaluation factors were selected to establish a multi-level comprehensive evaluation model for the power supply system plan, which effectively overcomes the qualitative judgment and singular analysis of the traditional evaluation methods. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation scores for the primary and secondary levels of the construction power supply system of the Shitai Pumped Storage Power Station are both between 0.7 and 0.9, indicating that the economic, reliability, and safety evaluation of the power supply system plan is relatively reasonable. The study can provide an effective reference for the quantitative evaluation of similar construction of power supply system plans.
