A new method of designing an intelligent control system of cable gate hoist of sluice based on S7-200PLC is put forward to overcome the defects of equipment and method of traditional control system of cable gate hoist of sluice.The system hardware,software program and communication network are studied.The site experiments show that the system can control the cable gate hoist of sluice reliably,safely and precisely.Thus,it provides reference for similar engineering project.
